New Study Abroad in International Law and Human Rights
Exciting news! A brand new faculty-led program in International Law and Human Rights has been approved for this summer! Students will be able to complete both their CW communication/writing and international experience this summer in Kiel, all while studying law and human rights.
Participants will take courses at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel. Kiel is a modern city on a beautiful inlet of the Baltic Sea, near the Danish border. Berlin, Amsterdam, and Copenhagen are within an easy distance. Students will have the opportunity to live with a host family.
This is a perfect program for students interested in both International Studies and Political Science or who are interested in the topics of law and human rights. The program will run in conjunction with the Intensive German Language Kiel program with upper-level courses that fulfill the third-year foreign language requirement for International Studies majors. INTL and POLS courses offered are International Law and Human Rights. Interested students will have the option to take courses from both programs.
